Davidson County Community Corrections Mission Statement

The Davidson County Community Corrections mission is to divert felony offenders from the Tennessee prison system by providing intensive community based supervision and treatment services necessary to reduce criminal behavior and create a safer community.

The following pages will give you an overview of the Davidson County Community Corrections DUI Division. Any misdemeanor DUI charge that is bound over to Davidson County Criminal Court will be on this program.
